Tucked away in the heart of the Willamette Valley, Hope Valley Resort is a community of "tiny homes" on beautifully landscaped plots that offer a luxurious yet understated way of life for residents who want to downsize from their current living situation. Our Tiny Homes (park model homes) are available for purchase in a variety of floor plans. Homes are owner occupied and tenants lease the site.

In 2015 we broke ground on our fast-growing community at Hope Valley Resort and since then, we've welcomed residents from all walks of life to join our gated community with safe and secure access. We are a passionate, family-owned and operated resort with a dream of creating a comfortable, affordable and sustainable community for our residents.

Community features include a community center/lodge with exercise facility, a covered hot tub, swimming pool, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, walking trails, a dog park, a community garden, a small fishing lake (stocked yearly with fish), and more amenities are currently in development - all at the foot of the beautiful "Hope Valley Butte."
